Miniature size medal - Unmounted with 10cm ribbon as required for swing mounting.

The New South Wales Corrective Service Long Service Medal is awarded for 15 years service in the New South Wales Prison Service.
A circular medal fitted with a plain suspension bar. On the obverse the crowned emblem of the Corrective Service with a wreath at the foot. On the reverse a laurel branch round the left side with the words FOR FIFTEEN YEARS SERVICE in four lines on the right.
Navy blue ribbon with two silver stripes.
